What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is always free on orders of €100 or more. For orders under €100 a fee of €6.95 is charged.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery takes 1–2 working days if you order before 16:00. If something prevents shipment within that time, we will contact you.
When do I receive a track and trace code?
After placing your order you receive a confirmation. When the parcel is posted you get a track and trace code by email.
I received the wrong item. What now?
